Hey Kim! That is a cute picture of his daughter giving him a thumbs up! I'm not very confident about him as our president, and I see we differ on that! I have several reasons based on his voting record and some of his promises. But, I'm so moved by the progress our country has made to stand behind a president with a minority heritage. Anyhow, UC stands for Ulcerative Colitis. If any of his friends followed my blog from his website, I didn't want to embarrass him! Basically, it's an autoimmune disease in which your body attacks your colon, tries to rip it to shreds, so there's lots of bleeding and 'ulcers' as a result. Last treatment, which is also the cure, is surgery. But they try to preserve the colon, of course. But having your colon taken out used to mean living with a bag, but it doesn't anymore. So, if the Remicade (immunosuppressant) doesn't work it probably means surgery. Anyways, thanks for your concern!
